Mrs. Brenda Steele's patio, arbor, swing, retaining wall, landscape, custom sidewalk, trellis project. pic 1 & 2.

Pic #1: We removed old driveway then built retaining wall, added drainage system from front yard and extended turn around pad with all new driveway.

Pic #2: We added a new custom colored stamped (Stone) sidewalk under a custom-double arbor with a drainage system, an irrigation system, and an Arkansas field stone border/retaining wall.

Pic #1:  We did a complete landscape design job with retaining walls, a complex drainage system, an irrigation system, a landscape, a complex landscape lighting system, a curved sand-stone walkway, double waterfalls that merge into a stream and flow under a bridge into a pond at the back patio.  The pond has designed with a grandchildren shallow wading area at the patio for the kids to wade in the water, feed the fish and feel apart a natural setting.

Pic #2:  Leader Landscape designed a 16.5 acre PUD development with a complete plant nursery with several lines of commercial equipment retail center and the  design included plans regarding many aspects site, street, parking, water, fire protection water lines, building construction, very large custom deck with very strong and fancy railings and arbor, several Arkansas retaining walls, a waterfall, stream  and pond, interior and  exterior working retail areas, and working maintenance shop for a landscape firm and in-house parts and repair business for the retail equipment lines.

Pic #1:  Part of the nursery design: -the deck and waterfall with a stream flowing into a lower pond with landscaping, and complete fish ecosystem.

Pic #2:  This project in Bridgetown had 2 phases 8 years apart.  The first phase was a large 7' foot wide waterfall by a 30' fall from the upper lake at Bridgetown.  The water was pumped from the lake and flowed back down with loud rushing sound and several small ponds as it flows downhill.  There was also installed a 12' tall arbor and platform that extended right over the edge of the falls and was designed as a focal point from the even higher deck that extended out from the back door of the house where the grill and sitting area is located.

Phase 2:  Severe drainage problem was not to be fixed with the damage from a beaver dam under the tree shown here and the sea-wall that needed to be extended and backfilled.  Many retaining walls were built.  A addition to the sea-wall and a lot of backfilling to create a safe and aesthetically pleasing landscape with the existing waterfall and arbor.
